What devices are compatible with Mindfly?

Mindfly requires a TrueDepth front camera for face tracking:

• iPhone XS or later
• iOS 17.6 or later

Compatible models include: iPhone XS, XS Max, XR, 11 series, 12 series, 13 series, 14 series, 15 series, 16 series, and 17 series.

Is my face data safe?

Yes. Face tracking data is processed entirely on your device — it is never stored, never transmitted to any server, and never shared with any third party. It only exists temporarily in device memory during gameplay.

How do I restore my purchases?

1. Open the Mindfly app
2. Go to the Shop/Store section
3. Tap the "Restore Purchases" button
4. Wait for confirmation

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

What are Amber Shards?

Amber Shards are the in-game currency. You can earn them through gameplay or purchase them via in-app purchase. They're used for power-ups, glow dust, and permanent upgrades. Your shards are saved locally on your device and persist between sessions.

How does gameplay recording work?

Mindfly includes a ReplayKit-powered recording feature. Tap the record button before a game session and your face will appear in a small overlay while you play. Videos are saved to your Photos library only if you choose to save them.

The game isn't responding to my face movements. What should I do?

If tracking feels off during a game, use the built-in Recalibrate option:

1. Tap the pause button during gameplay
2. Tap "Recalibrate" from the pause menu
3. Look directly at the front camera — a progress bar will fill as your face is detected
4. Tap "Resume Game" to continue your run

If tracking still feels off after recalibrating:

• Confirm Camera permission is granted in Settings > Privacy > Camera
• Ensure your face is well-lit and clearly visible to the front camera
• Remove obstructions (sunglasses, masks, etc.)
• Restart the app or your iPhone

How do I remove ads?

You can remove forced ads between games by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option in the in-app Shop/Store. It's a one-time purchase.
